The place is well situated, it's 20 minutes walk to downtown and they have a bus stop near by which is free. The place is calm and you can park you car without any inconveniences. The family who run the place was very friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful.
The place is beautiful but, they need to improve their cleaning and repairs the doors. The door from my room was very hard to open. The door is touching the floor which is getting destroyed. The shower wasn't well clean. You can see the soap accumulation that have become pink around the shower. I decided to showered with my shoes that, I uses to go to the beach, because I didn't feel comfortable showering there, I stayed 2 nights and the room wasn't made. The Spa, was dirty inside. I really wanted to use which. I put my feet inside the water and I didn't stay long. The night before someone used, they should it take a look and checked if, that was clean. Those things can be improved easily.

Its in a very good locations next to the free bus stops and walkable 20-25mins to mont Tremblant free gondola. The room is basic but we didn’t need anything more as we always out exploring or swimming in the lake. The staff there are lovely and super helpful and are usually accomodating if you communicate and explain to them first. There is also a hot tub guests can use :).
Not much amenities but if you use alot bring your own shampoo and body soap and tooth brush and tooth paste.
We got 3 towels( face, spa and shower towel) to use
I wouldn’t say I disliked about it. It’s just a note the rooms we stayed in were on the older classic bnb side.

The location is great. Very central to the mountain and the shops. Amazing potential for a group adventure.
Obviously the hotel wasn’t in its peak season. We went in July on a Monday, but there wasn’t a customer service personnel till 11am. Breakfast was super basic. No coffee. Breakfast was more like an after thought of the B&B experience. The bathroom shower had mold in it. All-around, the problems were more from neglect than with the property itself.
