Being able to park right outside the door for easy loading and unloading. Within walking distance to food and shopping.
Bathroom was a little out dated.

It was a fair price and looked like they had done some painting and upkeep in the building and were doing more and we were gone all day at the Highland Games. The staff at the desk were good and photocopied some papers for us at no cost. There was a good breakfast place nearby that opened early called Stacked Pancake and Breakfast House with an early express item Monday to Friday for under $7 at that time and a selection of other restaurants nearby for evening meals and drinks. Gas stations nearby.
There was some construction going on in the motel although we did not hear any noise because we left early and returned after 6 or 7 pm. The rooms could have been cleaner and they did not make up or clean the room during our 3 day stay. The motel is an older one. One of our friends also staying there had to change rooms due to only cold water in the shower and they were not able to fix it in a timely manner.

Location made for efficient highway travel
The breakfast was a debaucle. Terribly inadequate space. One staff member assigned to breakfast trying desperately to keep up with demand, and failing utterly.
