New tub/toilet/vanity and flooring. Vinyl plank floors. Clean.
Larger than typical fridge. Mini not bar size.
Easy to find, right off the highway. Quiet. Regular Motel HVAC unit plus a window air conditioning.
Trim carpentry work was "challenged". Doesn't effect use but not pretty.
No secondary lock on door. Only key in Knob unit. Used chair as additional security.

It was in a location handy for our travels, private bathroom, and had fridge and microwave.
Not the motels fault, but the room next door ran the television very loudly until 3am, so we did not sleep well.

The room was clean and comfortable. It had been remodeled a bit and I found it a great value for the money. Its a quiet spot and they expect that which was fine by me. Lots of dinning nearby with a grocery store accross the road.
Nothing really. Older hotel and bathroom but the prices was right.

The price is quite reasonable compared to other lodging in the Truro area.
When we first pulled into the motel, we were greeted by a man sitting outside the rear of the office smoking a cigarette, despite the "No Smoking" signs posted all over the property and in front of every room. He was out there puffing away throughout the rest of the day, the smoke often wafting right toward our room (although the exterior of the motel looked seedy enough that we would have had no desire to sit out there in the single outdoor chair anyway). The room's interior could really use renovating, too. We'd had a good impression of the place when we stayed there a few years ago, but our sense this time was that it's gone downhill, and we won't plan to return.
