Staff was fully bilingual. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. I am Celiac, and was able to have the scrambled eggs, yogourt, coffee.
The location has little to offer to dogs. The hotel is located in an area of car dealerships, and there are no sidewalks at all on the busy road. Rouyn-Noranda itself has no leash-free parks at all, except one which is closed to outsiders - a paid subscription is necessary!

Breakfast was excellent. Staff, great. Room was great.
Room air conditioning was loud and my room was set to 13 C. Thats very cold. TV was difficult to figure out, with two remotes and lots of buttons.

The bed was comfy and she shower was nice.
The water pressure wasn’t great, the couch in my room had stains all over it, dirty stairwell to access room and lack of green spaces for dogs. I went down for the continental breakfast and the older woman policing the area vehemently turned us away. There is a sitting area in another room away from the food that I wasn’t allowed to sit in with my dog. I was told I was allowed to take my breakfast and eat in my room with my dog. If you’re going to market as pet friendly, then BE pet friendly.
