The staff were friendly and easy to talk to. The room was not fancy but were clean which is what I look for.
The location. Arriving at night time the neighborhood feels dark and sketchy. I was a bit worried about our vehicle being broken into despite the staff saying you had camera's on the property.

The staff was super helpful and friendly!
There was some issues as the weather changed when I was there and the heating took a while to kick in, but the staff was helpful and how to get that fixed.

Breakfast was poor. Room was very disorganized, and not much restocked(?) For those eating at 830. On the 2nd morning upon checkout, we saw a notice for asking about breakfast sandwiches, which wasn't in the breakfast room, nor on the door of the breakfast room, and nothing in our room about it.
Disorganized and not much available. Even coffee was cool.

The breakfast and breakfast room looked tired, old and unkept. We went to the nice new clean restaurant attached to hotel.
The room and halls were not clean. Used kleenex, straws and someones old socks were on the floor.
