We have stayed here many times. The place is always clean with nice little touches.
Note no breakfast if that is important to you. Didn’t bother us as family lives in Grand Forks.

Best feature is the back door of the room that leads to a patio and grassy yard by the river, with chairs.

Room was clean and recently updated. Room was quiet. Beds were comfortable.
No screens on windows, so couldn't open them. TV/Cable didn't work. Bedside lamp, clock radio, microwave weren't plugged in. No handle on screen door so couldn't open easily from outside. Parking area and grounds looked dirty and scruffy. Area outside door was dusty/dirty. Bar of soap provided was very poor quality (i.e. didn't lather at all). Lots of mosquitos.
