Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The amenities were great and facility clean. Rooms were nice and spacious.
The suite had a leaky bathroom faucet. The middle elevator was stuck going up so the other two would not work so staff had to repeatedly call
Maintenance. So that was a little inconvenience when trying to depart to your destination or return to your room.

I love how it's close to downtown and easy to get in and out. I love how spacious it is.
Our bathroom door handle was broken upon arriving and the lock was the only thing to lock the door. Stains on bathroom ceiling and it be so humid and hot even tho the ac was on and it was hard to sleep at night.
