It fit my budget

Easy access lots of parking

No elevator to the second floor. I saw elderly couples struggling up the stairs. Breakfast was a joke. They might as well not advertise this

Sadly lacking any amenities and comforts that a person would expect in a modern city in Canada.

Poorly lit rooms, holes in the walls and doors, cigarette burn holes in the bed covers, toilet seat ready to fall off. lack of any glassware,ie styrofoam Dixie cups. No amenities such as coffee maker, ice, etc. Above all,no security locks on entrance door.

absolutely horrible I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

run down, dirty, had blood on the “clean” sheets and couldn’t even get new ones because they close lobby at 10pm and weren’t open at 8am when they were supposed to be had to wait until 9am to talk to anyone. gave us a measily $10 back for us having dirty sheets to sleep on. only good thing I have to say is their staff was at least friendly

if the budget is very limited

you can spend the night, but the smell will stay with you for a long time. the microwave did not work, the kitchen is generally only for photos for the site, in fact there is no kitchen. also read the description carefully because they ask for a $200 deposit. inconvenient parking, few places near the rooms and you will not be able to see your car from the window. also note that the front desk is open until 10 p.m. and opens quite late in the morning

Good and reasonable price, will be came back

Reception is nice, microwave and iron in room, wifi is strong that can be connected outside the room.i dont know why the ad says wifi only at public area. I was afraid a lot when reading many bad commmemts from others. Isastify and come back in the future.

Filthy, dirty, rude staff

Nothing. Rude staff. Filthy room. Dirry, used, with cigarette burnt bed sheet. Walls are dirty. Disabled the water stoper in bath tub so that people can't take bubble bath.

Even though corona virus spreading in Regina but the still putting dirty bed sheet.

just liked wasting my time.

Very bad customer and found bed bugs in the room, i traveled for 12 hours straight drive hoping i can rest so i can complete rest of my trip but this was first time i got shocked with the service and motel, the lady wasn’t even sorry and said she can only refund and you can find something else in the middle of night. good luck guys!

Front desk girl was rude...at first she tried telling me there was probably not a ground floor room I had requested...told her I had an e mail from staff telling me they would have one...she looked again and miraculously found one...bed was old and uncomfortable...room smelled musty...no kleenex in wall holder...one of two lamps had bulb missing...single roll of toilet paper with about 10 sheets remaining. First and last time here.

convenient location

the fact that we stayed there jun 31 and regina had the blizzard and high winds- our windows didnt lock and kept blowing open, allowing the snow and -35 weather to just come on in all night

Everything could have been better. The room was appalling. Dirty kleenex between the sheets. To much to try and explain it all...just stay away!!

Horrible customer service. Booked the suite for jacuzzi it was broken didn't even offer a discount.

I put a $200 pre authorization on my card as required by the motel. It has been 10 days and It still hasn't been returned to my card. It's never taken this long for funds to be returned. I've contacted the motel and they keep saying it takes time. Good thing I asked for a receipt just in case

Gave my room away

Spacious room, ac was nice, and tv was big.

The other people in other rooms were loud and rude, the door to get to the rooms was super loud when anyone opened it and shut it. The hot tub jets did not work either, there was stains in the bathtub as well.
