Great to both but I did see some locals arriving for a free breakfast.
The pool is not that big and should be reserved for guests only. There were whole families using the pool who were not staying there. During the storm, they fed their children sandwiches at the upstairs conversation table. They put a shoe in the door to hold it open because they did not have a key to come back inside. Because of the outside number of people using the pool, we were unable to use it.

Very nice property. Loved the design. Beautiful courtyard for your morning coffee. Staff are very friendly!! Loved providing snacks and water.
Bathroom is a little dated but clean.
Did not like paper plates and plastic utensils at breakfast. Plates said that they were recyclable but there was no option for it and it is not really feasible for a hotel.

Breakfast was delicious!
I didn’t like that you had to park in overflow parking and be buzzed into the hotel.
