New cold plunge at the spa

I liked the mineral spa and the steam rooms. The room was one of the old ones but it was okay. It was large and comfortable. I liked that they had two comfy chairs in a king room. That is excellent.
I didn’t like how you have your check in at the main building and then drive up to parking on the second floor to unload your luggage. There should be carts at the second level where you park the car instead of bringing a cart from the main building AND having to return it there. Very inconvenient. Maybe bell people to help with luggage.

The staff were awesome. Check-in was simple. Renovations are great and the new steam rooms, plunge pool and showers were great. Rooms were comfortable, beds, linens and pillows excellent. The adult only time is great and I am sure it will be better for the relaxation part overall going forward.
The new ramp into the water does not feel stable at the end when walking down it. We were in the old non-renovated rooms (no issues) but the price difference is hard for me to justify booking a new one.

Love the pool, my massage by a male provider was so awful, and made me somewhat uncomfortable, but I never did say anything :/ pillows were so puffy and big it killed my neck.
