The property was clean and definitely fit for purpose. The staff were super friendly and there was parking right outside the room. The location was ok as we only stayed one night as passing through.

Room is OK, big enough, clean, staff friendly. wifi ok.
(old equipment, lousy coffee machine).
Location is noisy (people in corridor wake you up), and by parking lot outside.

Comfortable bed. Okay for a nights stopover. No more.
Very thin walls making it very noisy. Make sure to not stay on the ground floor as it feels like elephants walking above you. Limited very basic breakfast menu for staying guests. Only three choices.

Location, breakfast and air conditioning.
Check-in was particularly frustrating. I had originally booked for two guests through Booking.com but messaged the hotel afterward to confirm we would also have a child under five. The hotel replied that, since we had booked a quadruple room able to accommodate 4 people, it would comfortably accommodate the three of us. When we arrived, however, we were only given two breakfast vouchers. When I asked for one for our child, the staff member rolled his eyes, sighed, and argued with me for 5 minutes because the original booking said two guests. I pulled up the Booking.com messages on my phone showing that the hotel had confirmed the child, but he cut me off and refused to even look at them. Interestingly, when we got to the room, there were three of every type of towel provided, which further suggested the hotel was well aware there would be three of us. He eventually gave us the breakfast voucher, but sarcastically told me I needed to give him “10 stars” for doing so. The payment process was also confusing, as I was shown two different papers with amounts that didn’t appear correct, but neither was given to me. The beds were quite hard, the towels were scratchy, the TV barely worked, and the shower fluctuated from freezing cold to extremely hot. It was also very noisy, with people screaming in the hallways from around 11 p.m. to midnight with no apparent staff intervention.
