Extremely inconvenient

Hot tub, pool, basketball court, fire pit.The children enjoyed

I asked for accommodations for 5 people, for a cabin, I got a cabin that would comfortably fit 3, and a queen suite several doors down. I had myself, my older sister, two teenagers (18 and 14) one male, one female, an 11 year old male. My grandchildren, I would not leave them overnight or alone in a cabin several doors away; therefore I had to put the three in one bedroom with my single air mattress I had to sleep on the pull out. I gave the queen suite to my sister. I had no idea the suite would be that far removed! As they refused to refund my money I paid in advance, I had no choice but to stay. The shower in the cabin had a door off the hinges, was repaired, however the shower head faces the doors which is inconvenient when children need help to turn it on, water sprays out the open door. We had to do a lot of running back and forth to accommodate five people for meals as each place had limited number of dishes, cutlery, pots etc. which would be wonderful if we were only 4!

Superb

The pool and all the activities for the kids. The view from our room was beautiful view of the ocean.

We ran out of hot water when trying to fill the Jet Tub in our room. Barely got a couple inches of water before the hot stopped coming.

We enjoyed our stay.. The staff was friendly, the suite was clean and exactly as pictured online. The kids loved the poo

Clean, well equipped suite and well kept grounds and pool

The pull out mattress in our suite was very uncomfortable.. even for our kids.

Wonderful location, very clean suite with kitchenette & deck where you can see the ocean!

The couch pullout mattress was not made upon arrival. Finding all the bedding was a hunt. Then the pillowcases were not there.

Cottage was great, fully stocked with all the necessary items right down to tin foil and salt n pepper!

The staff member that checked us in was incredibly rude! We requested an early check in which he refused to accommodate, with 4 kids and a dog and 35 degree weather. He refused to even check with cleaning staff to see if the cottage was clean and available. We were not given extra blankets or pillows for the pull out sofa either unfortunately 😕

A great place for a relaxed holiday.

The room and all amenities for cooking.

The staircase hand rail needed some repairing. Exposed nails were there.

Stay here next time if I visit PEI again!

Very very good stay! We really like the atmosphere in this area, warm, friendly, just like in a big family. When we arrived, women were chatting on the grass, men were paying baseball on the field. We like the place immediately. The location is good, too. Just a couple of minutes to drive to the beach, and the green gable.

Great relaxing two nights!

The view from the deck was great, the kitchen was very well stocked, (especially the dish washer) the bed was really amazing! The spa tub was fabulous as well.

I thought we had a cottage but the suite turned out to be okay.

I won't repeat. Families with kids looked happier than I was.

Excellent location. Few minutes to Anne's musseum... few more to Cavendish beach. Close to gas station and food.

No water for hand washing or shower. Our room was between two... and thin walls.

Very nice quiet relaxing no problems people were nice areas beautiful loved it.

The dishwasher confused me because you couldn’t turn it off if you push the door in and you have to reach over it to get into the cupboard. I could ask somebody I guess but we just turn the breaker off

A lovely, relaxing experience.

Room was spotless and large and well stocked with all the utensils and kitchen tools one might need for an extended stay. The bath was awesome especially with the jet bubble feature! Perfect for relaxing in after a long day of enjoying PEI's nature.

No bar on the bathroom wall,my friend fell in bathtub if there was a handle bar on bathroom shower wall she could have held on to it.could be dangerous for older people

Would DEFINITELY book again!

- Beautiful cozy cottages - Great location for beaches and Anne of Green Gables House - Friendly staff - Pool, play area and firepit - CLEAN!

- we were around in the off season so a lot was closed in the area

Nice modern suite among the cottages. Fully equipped kitchen and bubble bath. Clean and perfect place to view sunset at the balcony / sundeck.

Very conveniently located. Cottage was very clean and comfortable. Lots of space if there are children to play. The BBQ was very clean with the necessary supplies.

Cleanliness and well stocked with all essentials including coffee for the coffee machine, tin foil, saran etc. Beds were comfortable and choice of several pillows. Close to many attractions.

Very good

Would have been nice if the jacuzzi tub worked and the hole in the door was fixed so all the bugs weren't getting in. Was very disappointed in that, for $230/night everything should be checked or some money returned.
