Location.

Beds not that comfortable. No coffee available in rooms. Room service very limited. No lobby. Staff were not as friendly as previous visits…Pool is only accessible for families (kids) until 12noon....

No coffee machine in the room. Staff taking passports out of my room and then unable to find them for a period of time. Manger said he’d be in touch on return home, nothing heard as of yet
