Despite being in the shadow of the Manhattan bridge, the double-glazed windows did their work. Aside from a dull rumble, it wasn't noisy. Wonderful comfy bed and lovely shower with strong water pressure. Clean overall hotel. Location is a bit iffy, and for people not from there, which I am, it can be a bit daunting and isolated. Accommodating, helpful staff.
The wifi was a bit iffy. Would love a water kettle in the room, and maybe a full length mirror.

The hotel itself was very clean and I really appreciated the fact that smoking is not allowed whatsoever on the premises.
The only downside which is not the hotels fault but the area around it is pretty dirty. I wish Chinatown was more up-kept but it’s not the hotels fault.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, easy check in and check out. Appreciate that it is open 24/7 for late night and early morning arrivals or departures.
Could use another trash can in the room.

Great location and friendly staff.
Sewage smell in room from bathroom. It was overwhelming and they could not really do anything about it. Also, room was freezing cold and we had no control over the temperature. That was manageable, but the smell was tough. Tha fully, we were able to keep it mostly contained to the bathroom by shutting the door. And, we could air out the room by opening the window.
