I liked the cleaning room, the beds are comfortable and the A/C are kinda new, (they don't smell ugly). The room was small considering it was for 4 people. The shower was clean, small but clean. The front lady was very kind, I understand is not her fault.
Ok. To be fair with my review, is that you're NOT offering what you're displaying. Totally NOT the same as pics. But, decent to sleep. I didn't like the condition of the swimming pool, the water was very green, smelled like clorox but...was super green....I got clorox burnt in (my buttom)for seating with my feet inside the pool, because there was no chairs to seat in. No towels where available for when we got out of the shower. Most of the outlets don't work. Check in says at 3pm, but the room was available till 5:30 pm. I overall think it's TOO pricey for the service they offer. The toilet was making water noises all night long.
Honestly my overall experience was that my child enjoy the beach and a swimming pool from the hotel. But, I guess even though the swimming pool was super dirty, my child had a great time in the beach. So, it's ok. I guess? :(
