My son left his Ipad in the room unbeknownst to any of our family. An employee not only called us to inform us of our left behind item, but shipped it to us with no hesitation. Thats what I call service!

Beds were comfortable and breakfast was delicious. AC was cold.
No one at the front desk when we checked in, so had to wait. Our room had to be downgraded because they overbooked the queen suites. They did give us a lower price on the smaller room, but would’ve enjoyed the larger room much more. Carpet in the room was sticky in spots.
