Breakfast was wonderful, and pleasant conversing in my limited French with other guests. The view of the river behind the property was amazing at sunset. Easy to find and adequate parking. The sink in my room was a nice touch. Host and hostess spoke limited English but were more than friendly and accomodating. The bedroom was large enough for all my stuff, and the bed was very comfortable.

The bedrooms are on the second floor up a narrow stairway, but there is a railing. Its a shared washroom but that was fine for me although, with five guests total, one had to be aware if it was available. The fridge was small and on the floor at the top of the stairs on the landing. It should be on a table as I had to get on one knee to put things in and out, as I did eat my dinner there in my room and needed to keep things cold and re-freeze my ice pack.

The breakfast was delicious with homemade jam and the house and property was beautiful and well kept with flower boxes in the windows.

The mattress was too firm for my liking but I still managed to sleep. Just woke up several times to change positions.
