Very cozy, homely vibe makes this place exceptional. Our hostess Dani was very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and prepared in accordance with our dietary requirements.
I wish the mattress wasn’t so soft!

There is a bit of noise since it is an old home. But there is earplugs provided, and there is a very quiet and calm energy.

This place is a lovely old boarding house just outside the main village of Bic. The owner was very nice; although she doesn't speak much English, with my terrible French we were able to get by. Breakfast was a treat! They provide earplugs which is a nice touch (the house is on a road and the floors are creaky, although I found I didn't really need them; the road isn't busy at night and people weren't up in the middle of the night).
The creaking of the floors can't be helped but it would be nice if the door hinges were oiled so they didn't squeak as much.

Breakfast was good
Removing shoes was ridiculous. Room was very small, as was bathroom. Place came highly rated, but was disappointing.
