The hotel is 5km outside Revelstoke and while it looks like a regular Bavarian-style hotel/motel, it is a patchwork of accommodation reminiscent of a dated Brit 'resort' with numerous exterior staircases to the rooms, our being on the second floor but accessible only through the back of a common room. The room itself and the bathroom were quite small but very clean and the bed was firm and comfortable. We were grateful to have it at late notice but have to say, it was odd. There is a restaurant on site and good brown-bag breakfasts were available to go.
There was some back-and-forth regarding a separate additional fee of 2.4% for using a credit card.
