Good option for families visiting the Highland Park Area.

Great location, staff was responsive and very helpful.

Bathroom finishes look old, watermarks and rust on bottom of door. Rugs not completely clean.

Not what I expected at alll.

The hotel is outdated for the rates. Online the pictures will fool you. It’s an ok place but not what i expected. The pool area had big roaches which the staff called “water bugs” I know a roach when I see one. THEY WERE ROACHES. Big ones!! Crawling fast . We didn’t enjoy that amenity at all. The heat went out in r room and it was never restored so we were very cold the last day and overnight stay. We were never credited/accomodated in any way for the inconvenience either. We kept being told “we are working on it”…. the parking is terrible as well.We were told to park underground since the lot literally only has 12 spots besides the fire lane, and it was so leaky underground with water that it was a mess. Overall the staff were nice but I will NOT be staying here ever again.

If I had to return to this area, I would probably look for a better place to stay.

Comfortable bed.

HVAC in my room didn’t work properly. I had to turn it completely off. Some of the towels were ratty; ready for the rag bag. Old plumbing fixtures need replacing. Entire facility needs an upgrade. Multiple coats of paint peeling off bottom of bathroom door.

That place was awful and repugnant.

The were no towels and soap in the bathroom. We had to request these from the from desk.

By the way i stayed there for only one night. i contacted booking.com 's customer service to say that i was transferring to another hotel the next day. i was there only the night of april 6, 2024. And from 7 to 10 of April i was at the Hampton inn in downtown Dallas. On the evening of the 6th, we were having dinner at this Embassy Suites. We ordered fish and they provided us a spoiled fish. The chairs at the entrance were very dirty. The 2 outlets from the lamp on the night stand wet broken.

Its location

The room was "musty" smelling, much in need of a good airing out. The elevator floors were filthy. This was a nice property at one time but now very much in need of a full cleanup and remodel. Especially the airflow system. Parking is difficult

It was decent but disappointing. But the cleaning staff is excellent

The location was great.

My family was there for spring break, we drove over 7 hours. I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool considering the weather… we stayed 3 nights and my children was unable to utilize the pool out entire stay. And the breakfast was still frozen( pancakes and French toast sticks)

My kids wants to go to the pool area and they were close that’s an other reason we want to stay there when I book in it doesn’t say anything about it so sad and boring for them 🥹

We would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

The beds were comfortable.

During my stay, I had to go to the front desk multiple times because my key wouldn’t work and to get towels and bedding. The swimming pool was disgusting. You couldn’t see the bottom of the pool and there was hair in the pool. When we were packing to leave, we noticed that there was a men’s pair of underwear under the sink in the bathroom as well as food in corners of the room we didn’t use.

The A/C in the room worked

The alarm clock in room 229 was broken the buttons were missing on top, called for a wake up call for 4 am. Did not get a wake up call. Shower was dirty long black hairs on the wall and on inside of shower curtain. Besides the water in the parking garage from recent rain, not much you can do with Mother Nature. The elevator reeked like day old bar trash. Place has the potential to be nice. Not managed right. It starts at the top, if your management don’t own it, the workers won’t own it either. Lots of small details missed and the place looked like an old frat house from my college days.

The breakfast is the only good thing about the stay. The bed was comfy but room was very stuffy and humid

The pool smelled like chlorine so bad, my eyes were burning as soon as I stepped foot into the indoor pool, the water was green. Don’t understand how it was so dirty yet smelled like chlorine that bad. The hall ways were dirty, needed a good vaccuming. I walked by the same plate of food on the floor my entire stay. Also asked for extra pillows for the pull out couch and was told they don’t have pillows.

Disappointed

Staff cant speak english. They dont have pillows or cushions for a room of 4. The staff does not speak english. They asked us to pick up our rag blanket from reception and sleep. Late check out request not accepted. Understaffed and untrained staff.

Ok place to stay for a night

Breakfast and lobby were good. Liked that our room had a door to separate the room from living room. Microwave in room.

The pool is not as pictured(reason for choosing this location for spring break was indoor pool) it is dirty and the water is super foggy so foggy you can't use pool toys if you wanna see them.. towels were not available without going to front desk for pool. Beds were uncomfortable and the neighborhood was a bit rough. Parking garage was sketchy and smelled of Marijuana and water everywhere dripping from pipes that go to who knows where.

Overall was a nice place to stay.

There was hair in the shower, sink and bathroom floor when we arrived. Also the fact that stepping off the elevator on our floor and the elevator smelled like marajuana.

When I first arrived I was greeted with a smile and I felt like I was a frequent guest. But after 10pm it went down hill

The overall appearance was great on the inside. I like the elevator 360 view.

That I had to ask for wash clothes and towels.. My son had to sleep with me because they didn’t have anymore blankets for the pull out sofa

I’m sorry but I would not stay again.

I liked the location and the breakfast.

I didn’t like the smell in the hotel and I’m the room. I didn’t like the pool. It smell a lot to Clorox. The hall smelled too. I had a headache and stomach ache just because of the clorox. My family and I just stayed a little bit and got out.

Affordable stay with a really comfortable bed.

Parking garage is really sketchy and smells bad. Some dirty towels in our room and the indoor pool is FREEZING.

Very inconvenient

The inside of the property was amazing! I didn’t get to enjoy any of the amenities

The outside area is sketchy asf and the poor guy in the front seemed like he was new and very overwhelmed. There was a lady behind not doing anything but pretending to be on the phone while she ate. The line was super long due to issues he was having and she wasn’t helping at all. We had to come downstairs 3 times because our keys were working. Once finally in the sofa bed didn’t come with any blankets or sheets….

The best location!

Always a pleasant stay, clean rooms, spacious, friendly workers, great for friends, couples, and families! No one feels uncomfortable! Only hotel I stay at in this area! Very comfortable and I feel safe here

Not worth the price. Not what I'd expect from an Embassy Suites.

Staff was bickering over technical difficulties as we walked in. No acknowledgement at first. Staff members seemed to try and pass off customers to one another..

The pillows.

The trash in the front parking, the front landscaping unkept, the dirty carpet, the underground parking was awful, no alarm clock in the room, two out of four elevators not working for the five days we were there.
