Easy to find. Close to all amenities
Am desk clerk wouldn’t print out my invoice. Had to contact property after to get invoice sent

Great location, friendly staff
The exterior is outdated, especially around outdoor hot tub. Some rooms with padlocks on them…

I did not participate in breakfast. The location was convenient for my travel to Sault Ste. Marie.
Parking was difficult. With the restaurant, bar and people staying in the hotel it was difficult for me who was staying in the hotel to find a parking spot. It was unclear what I was supposed to do if there wasn't a spot in the hotel lot.

The lobby is beautiful. Nice pool.
They had a good band playing.
The wall paper and carpets in many of the halls need updating. The carpet was missing in the 3rd floor hall.
It would be nice for the cabana club to provide guests with a lock/locker. Traveler’s usually don’t bring a gym lock with them.
