The location was nice, walking distance to many downtown activities. The hotel was clean and well appointed.
They had very little parking on site, so I had to park at a neighboring parking lot. It was a little bit cheaper than the onsite parking, but it's not always available. So I'm not sure what other guests would do if it wasn't the weekend.

Amazing location right next to Exchange District, great room, loved being next to the river path, very quiet, great shower, and the free bike rentals were an amazing perk (highly recommend biking to The Forks)

Shower very slippery, no mat,no bars to hang on to if falling. Roommate fell when showering.
No decent chair to sit on. If you want to read or have a guest,the only place to sit is 2 small,low cubes ,a hard wooden chair with no padding or the bed. Low cubes are hard to get up from. Definitely need a decent
