Da kann man nur eine Reisewarnung aussprechen und allen dringend abraten!

Nichts 😡 Mit ganz viel Wohlwollen die Flughafennähe.

Bei unserer 3 wöchigen traumhaften Rundreise in Florida leider der einzige Reinfall. Zimmer zum Check in nicht fertig, das Schwimmbad mit Sonnenterrasse wegen Baumaßnahmen geschlossen, wegen Defekten nur ein Aufzug in Betrieb, eine einzige Katastrophe! Schlafen war unmöglich, der Fluglärm ist ja für ein Airporthotel okay, die Museeumsausstellung von schrottreifen Klimaanlagen auf dem Flachdach vor dem Zimmer ist nicht akzeptabel, zudem war die Balkontür nicht zu verschließen! Für 4 Personen gebucht - und bezahlt, dann sollte das sehr dürftige Frühstück nur für 2 Personen inklusive sein, 2 Personen sollten separat bezahlen! Check out ist angeblich bis 12 h, ab 11 h drängte uns das housekeeping raus, das Personal, insbesondere am Check in und out ist zudem extrem unfreundlich, die Zimmer schmuddelig, der Teppichboden verdreckt, Warmwasser stand nicht immer zur Verfügung.

Amazing hotel for the value!

Free complimentary shuttle. Great staff. Nearby bus stations. Amazing value for your money (you need to understand what you are paying for, and keep your expectations accordingly).

There was one elevator under maintenance during our stay, which caused a little bit of extra time getting from and to the room.

Overall, a decent stay. The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable

Great Location

The pool was dirty, the shower faucet wouldn’t pressurize properly to take a proper shower, tcl brand tv’s are terrible and constantly buffering, and the room had a strong foot odor.

Information on shuttle transfer was very poor. Website said to call hotel after 11pm but no one answered after many attempts. When I did make contact I was told to wait in wrong spot. Then check in staff poor attitude. For a hotel that primary services the airport this was unacceptable.

Convenient for our late arrival.

Easy with the shuttle , we did not have to wait , the lobby is nice , the outside well kept and the pool area is cozy.

Bad smell in the room , and the AC system was not very clean ( got a sore throat and coughed a lot afterwards)

Disappointing all the way…

Location

Had to wait over 1 hour for the shuttle. Only 1 elevator operational (10-15min wait time in the am as it’s always full. Pictures advertised do not match the tired property. Room/bathroom not clean, sheets stained, musty smell. Housekeeping came after complaining at reception (phone in room not functional). Language barrier as we don’t speak Spanish… Solution to the smell was to spray the room carpet with whatever out of a bottle. TV constant connectivity issues. Property needs overhaul.

Bom custo benefício para estadia curta.

Cama grandona, perto do aeroporto e checkin e checkout muito rapidos, tbm tem estacionamento sem custo adicional, muito perto do aeroporto, ficamos uma noite só.

É um hotel bastante velho, parece que não tem muita manutenção mas tudo ok.

Nice, close but the shuttle is hard to get as it’s always full.

Very clean, comfortable and well serviced by the staff.

The shuttle is quite annoying to grab as they are always full, I had to wait for 1,5 hours to be able to get in.

Pleasant stay

The room was clean, the breakfast was acceptable and staff friendly

The rooms should come equipped with irons and not only steamers. It made it challenging to get wrinkles out of clothes.

Great Regency Miami Airport By Sonesta Stay!!

Great stay. Fast and easy check-in and check-out. Very clean and well kept hotel. Rooms were clean and a well kept. Restaurant and bar on-site had breakfast and lunch/dinner options. Gym was nice and clean. Hotel located near restaurants and convenient stores (walking distance/across the street). 5-10 min drive from airport depending on traffic. Staff was very nice, helpful, and courteous!!~

One of the Elevators was broken which was causing delays getting to room and leaving hotel b/c so many ppl were trying to use one elevator. Definitely need to get that fixed ASAP. Other than that, the stay was great. Met all expectations. Would/Will stay again at this property!!

La habitación excelente, no se escucha realmente los aviones en la habitación en la noche. Las instalaciones muy buenas y limpias. La atención excelente.

el aire acondicionado al parecer esta programado para que encienda y apague, por periodos algo largos. El desayuno podría mejorar algo. Lástima el percance con el ascensor, pero es un tema que no nos afectó tanto y el hotel lo manejo bastante bien.

Perfect hotel choice, right by airport!

Comfortable, beautiful hotel. Loved the pool! Breakfast was great! Beds were comfortable. Will stay again.

Don't get a room near the gym because you won't sleep all night. We moved to another room after night one that was far from the gym and everything was quiet and perfect. But the first night was horrible due to gym equipment noise.
