It was located near the airport, it was easier to catch a flight from here. The building was on the landing path of the Miami airport, and it was noise free.
It needs a little bit better maintenance.

Distance from airport is good. Beds were comfortable. Bottled water should be placed in rooms.
No bottled water in room. Given a room to far whilst having to carry luggage.

Convinient. Close to the airport. The beds were comfy.
The A/C had mold. No ventilation in the bathroom, there was also mold in the bathroom.
