The rooms were excellent. Nice, clean, and comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless.
The fact that I had to request a complimentary microwave 3 times is unacceptable. I requested a day prior to check- in. I the requested it at check in and my 3rd request was prior to eating dinner. I waited 4 hours. Not good.
