Bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Room was clean and had good window shades, 2 types.
Room was small for 2 people. Bathroom was very small. T. V did not work the first night. They sent a tech but she couldn't fix it..
They offered to move us to another room that night. We opted to move the next morning after being offered a free upgrade to a bigger room.
They were very pleasant and accommodating throughout all of this.
We checked out a day early after learning there was going to be a huge marathon starting Sunday morning and we were afraid that would interfere with our leaving town.

The location is exceptional; self-serve checking and checkout processes are convenient; the room is clean; all things are functional; free filtered water with containers provided is really sweet.
The water flow is somewhat weak, and the room feels compact and small.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out are a welcomingly simple process. I like the water refill stations on each floor; that is very nice if you drink a lot of water, as I do. It's a nice touch that they have some basic travel necessities available to all if you're in need. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. Good pillows.
I've stayed before and the room was small then, which was fine. This was even smaller, which was also okay, but had it been a long stay, it would have been claustrophobic. The bathroom is the basically like a cruise ship bathroom; tiny. The room had a slightly musty smell - not like dirty, just like it hadn't been aired or opened in quite a while. It was off-putting. Wpke up with a very sore throat out of the blue, and I have to wonder if it was the room/cleanliness. I NEVER ask to be moved rooms, but I considered it. I knew this was a bare bones, but the price is solely b/c of the location.
