Club Quarters is just two blocks from the White House. It's a great location for walking. We took Uber for our other city travel needs. Room was fine. The cost was what I expected for the location.
Parking is not easy. You have to park a couple blocks away and it is not intuitive to park where suggested.

The blue and orange line metro station is right next to it, really easy to get to major attractions
