Overall hit the mark for our visit and purpose, convenient and comfortable
The one thing that can use improvement is the grab n go coffee off the lobby. This is really important amenity for
all guests BUT the staff is sooo slow, is not really that pleasant or hospitable, and does not communicate well for service role. This was noticeable in previous stays as well.

Our room was very clean, our request for adjoining rooms was accommodated, which was great, and the beds were comfortable.
For the price of the room, I expected more attentive service. Parking is expensive and the valet parking was not easy. While not rude, the staff wasn't particularly friendly or engaged. The location didn't feel very safe for walking around, especially at night (I've lived in and travelled to lots of cities, big and small).
