Holiday Inn Express & Suites Spruce Grove - Stony Plain by IHG

Hotel has great general public spaces available to gather and socialize. Breakfast that was included had a terrific variety of choices. Location was perfect for our families needs. The room was comfortably decorated and had space to unwind.

Definately NOT a soundproof room as advertised. Lots of noise from thr guest room above us (we were on the 3rd floor). The hotel needs some general maintenance - aircinditioner very noisy, damaged light fixtures in the hallways, carpets in hallways stained, paint peeling.

Spacious room, clean & good sized bathroom with toiletries. The free breakfast was great! It was quiet.

The pool tiles were not clean, pool area could use an update

The room is spacious and bright. We booked the jacuzzi suite. The bathroom was spacious and the jacuzzi was amazing. Pillows were comfy.

We spilt something on the tile floor outside the fridge. When I wiped it up the cloth was dirty black which tells me the floor hasn't been washed. I had a sore back both mornings. It had to be from the mattress.

It was a great location, clean and nice rooms

I wasnt aware that there was a pet fee. Got the room because it was cheaper than the rest, but pet fee made it the same. Also, my girlfriend went to use the bathroom in the lobby area, a male employee was in there cleaning. She said she needed to use the washroom and he acknowledged it. Then proceeded to use one of the stalls to go to the bathroom. Once he was done, she went in to use the bathroom figuring he would have left. But to her surprise, HE was still in there when she came out of the stall!
