Excellent location and right in between two restaurants.
Comfortable bed and spacious bedroom.
Really enjoyed the included breakfast selections at the restaurant next door.
Just minor, but stained carpet should be addressed.

Clean, comfortable, well organized. We arrived at 1:30 am from our ferry and they had everything ready to go even though I forgot to tell them we would be arriving late. Breakfast was filling. Nice view over the marina!

Spacious room, good location.
Not a well maintained facility. Access cards only worked occasionally. Door lock broken. Fridge didn't work. Coffee machine didn't. Very high price.
