Easy to access building, elevator, washer and dryer, well maintained and clean, spacious and comfortable.
The bedroom walls were paper thin and it was difficult to sleep if the occupants of one of the bedrooms were still up and about. Also, the bedroom next to the bathroom was a problem because of light and, if the curtain was drawn across the entry to keep out the light, it prevented cool air from reaching the bedroom.

space was good for 4 people , 2 adults and 2 children , JIna's cafe steps away, excellent for breakfasts, Metro grocery store around the corner. 3 other restaurants on the street.
Location was close to train station but a hefty walk uphill to Chateau Frontenac area.
TV was intermittenly working but when I called the contact , a maintenance person came immediately
no doors on bedrooms , just curtains, furniture was only adequately comfortable , location would be more suitable for adults.

Very modern
Couldn't get into my room no reception and couldn't make a call to the number they provide :-( thought i would have to sleep in my car should have a phone in the entrance for international visitors just push a button to connect. Luck was on our side though a resident sorted it on his phone but lock was faulty. So had to give us a manual key very stressful after a long drive.
Lovely apartment and modern but nothing to make a coffee even. very bare bones for such hi end accommodation. :-( . Last negative point was it was the capital for homeless people and although Quebec was beautiful in the centre which is 10 minute walk away this area put a downer on the whole visit as homeless people everywhere
