Staff were very friendly, and the rooms themselves were nice for the most part. I do appreciate the free coffee and snacks downstairs.
My only issue was the bathroom. It was small yes, and I'm fine with small bathrooms, but there was a lot of dust in the vents which could make for a bad mix with the shower steam...

The room was clean. The location was good for our meeting.
On the desk it mentioned a white noise machine and earplugs to help with the noise, neither were in the room. It is very loud and the street noise was a challenge to sleep. The thermastat was not working and you could not adjust the temperature in the room. It was very warm in the room and not comfortable for sleeping. Bathroom was 75-83 degrees and sleeping area was 71. We arrived late due to long travel so we did not request another room. I would expect rooms to be checked before guest arrive, especially with the larger fee paid for lodging. Breakfast was not mentioned, only coffee and popcorn available in the lobby.
