Advertising for this on Booking.com was very misleading leading to lots of unfortunate surprises. The booking site indicated the site address as 3547 Boulevard St-Laurent, when I got confirmation from WERFY address was on rue St. Denis. The location ended up being really nice but it was not where I booked! I booked an apartment with one bed and a pull out sofa bed as I was travelling with my son, but there was no pull out sofa. It was only a leather (not cozy) sofa with no bedding, pillows etc. Not a very nice bed for him. The site lists parking as a "facility" and says you "can park in any parking area in the Plateau by going to any parking meter and entering the code "PMR01". But it's not that simple. Parking in the area is complicated and not easy to figure out. For example parking is prohibited on different streets on different days of the week at specific times (ex. between 06h-07h on Mondays) and the signs indicating this are few and far between. You have to look for them! Please tell people not to park on rue St Denis overnight on Sunday as this resulted in me getting a $100 parking ticket. You may have to get a ticket from a meter on one street and then go park on another street that has no parking meters, but look for those no parking signs!

posizione comoda a tutto, in mezz'ora a piedi si arriva quasi ovunque. l'interlocuzione con il proprietario ok. supermercati fra i 300 3 i 500m, quindi perfetto. nelle immediate vicinanze ristoranti e locali con musica dal vivo
eravamo 4, c'è solo una camera da letto e due divani letto in soggiorno; quindi l'alloggio non è proponibile per 6 persone a meno che non si tratti di bambini. c'è un cantiere vicino che non disturba per il rumore ma limita la possibilità di parcheggio. ci sono un paio di parcheggi a pagamento nel raggio di 400m; l'intera giornata costa max 25 dollari canadesi. la mia camera era al quarto piano senza ascensore e le scale sono piuttosto strette.

Location
Disappointed in “the balcony”. It should be advertised as a Juliette balcony. I was expecting to sit out on the balcony as the young ones went out.
