Waterfront vistas, scenery and relaxation

Wonderful B&B with extremely kind hosts and staff. Beautiful views and quiet location. Meals were terrific. Great location to explore the East end of the Island.

Depending on when you travel, the bugs can be bad at different times of the day. The hosts provided everything we needed to help make it more bearable!

A delicious change of pace.

We deliberately chose the north-east side of Prince Edward Island, far away from the crowds. Mel & Dave have created a marvelous place with fascinating guests. Room was a fabulous sea view; clean, comfortable, welcoming. Comfortable bed and two comfy chairs by the windows. No TV. We also stayed at the Inn for our meals, which were delicious. Including a bagged lunch with cold beer. We loved walking above the sea, then finding our way onto the red sandstone rocks below the cliffs.

Black flies, although the innkeepers provided lots of bug spray.

Great location, Perfect Hosts, wonderful time

The Hosts ( Mel and Dave) were excellent, and the food (the included made-to-order breakfast, and optional dinners) was fantastic. The inn was very clean and welcoming.

There were no TV's in the rooms, and the facility had no air-conditioning capabilities. The mosquitos, deer flies, and other biting creatures were at here worst during our time so that was a little annoying.

Stunning views and lovely hosts .

Absolutely stunning location to come at the end of the day and to watch the sun rise and set.

We had the sunset to watch and we were lucky our internet was running however the fact there was no tv “May” have been an issue for some .

Great location with amazing views. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming! The house is very clean and cozy, good breakfasts. I can recommend visiting this place!

Loved our stay, watched a lovely sunset from the backyard and beautiful sunrise from our bed.

Wonderful place and hosts.

Mel and Dave were wonderful from start to finish. The lane in was muddy so we parked in the area provided by the road and Dave picked us up in the 4 wheel drive. The room was comfortable with great views. Beds were amazing.Meals were excellent, including accomodating gluten free. The conversation flowed, as did the wine. The walk along the cliffs was bracing in the wind and rain but magnificent. Bald Eagles were an added bonus.

Beautiful location for our PEI stay

Location! Location! Location!

The location of this property was the reason why I booked it and reality exceeded my expectation! What a view! We were hesitant that the host was on the property but Mellanie and Dave respect your space and provide you with a phenomenal breakfast. We look to book this location for a future trip with more family. Must book as it gives you the real vibe of PEI.

They had wifi but no cellphone reception but understandable given location. Was not a bother for us as we came to enjoy the beautiful serenity.

Good

Despite a reservation we were a surprise. Nonetheless, we were readily accommodated. Steep stairs to second level (I didn’t think to ask for ground floor. Spectacular views. Dark shower. Uncomfortable bed. Long driveway needs to be graded! Great breakfast.

A perfect getaway vacation place

Mel and Dave's place has such lovely view of coast. We sat on the bench in the morning and dawn and it just felt so peaceful. The room was clean and the breakfast Mel prepared was really good.

This is my happy place.

I love this place. Just like home, but better. Mell and Dave are wonderful hosts. Can’t say enough about the Inn.
