My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 6 nights. It is located on a quiet street minutes away from neighborhood grocery stores, the Tube, restaurants, the Thames River, and the Tate Britain. It within 15 minutes of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was larger than many European bathrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped although we did not use any pots or pans given the wonderful restaurants in the area. Ed allowed us to move into the apartment early in the day since we arrived in the morning. We really appreciated that and both promptly fell asleep.

Perfect location and great communication with Ed. The pull out couch was great and the tv in the Master Bedroom was a plus!

Overall, Ed's place was a great place to stay. We weren't sure about the area when we made our booking but it turned out to be very walkable, safe, and close to many sites, especially the Tate Museum, the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park... The flat was clean and had many amenities. The only thing we had wished for were an updated, more informative page regarding the flat (wash/dry machine how-to's, remove milk from list of items provided, recommendations of restaurants, location of grocery stores...). The bed was comfortable, but the duvet comforter was very warm, but the room was too chilly not to have it on. Luckily, we found the spare duvet cover and use it as our top sheet/blanket. The building has many families with children, and could be quite noisy if the windows are open (which they were as it was quite warm). Not a problem for us, but others might be bothered. We loved the Pret a Manager coffee shop around the corner, fantastic organic coffee and yummy pastries. Very busy but the lines go fast, great local spot. Also we had a great lunch at Locale, which is near the London Eye. I would recommend Ed's Place as a great stay in London.

Ed was a wonderful host, very friendly and accomodating. We found that getting to most of the major historical sights in London were within walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I would highly recommend this property and host. The flat was clean and cute. The location was great, we walked to most things. Pubs, restaurants and grocery also within walking distance. My husband experienced a medical issue and the host was so nice and helped us stay on a few more days. I would definitely stay here again!

Property is located in residential area. Markets, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Property has windows into inner courtyard. Per other reviews noise does travel/echo in the courtyard. It isn't every night but ear plugs are helpful for the few noisy nights. Otherwise we all slept well on the king bed and sofa bed. We did cook meals. We used the washer and the electric drying rack without issue. Property is 5 minute walk to Pimlico tube station on the Victoria line. 15 minute walk to Victoria train and 20 minute to Victoria coach station. Also 15 minute walk to Vauxhaul train station for a quick day trip ride out to Windsor Castle. It is 10 minute walk from the Evan Evans tour office for departures to Stonehenge, Bath and Harry Potter Studio tour. Although you do need to book all attractions in advance. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property or Edmund's hospitality to others.

The place was small but well equipped. We didn’t use the kitchen for anything more than tea but it had the capability for more. We left each morning and easily walked to most of our destinations but we did also walk 10+ miles each day, so perhaps our ‘walkable’ is not everyone’s. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions and checked in to make sure everything was alright. Very nice stay.

My parents and I had the pleasure of spending a week at this lovely apartment in Pimlico. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and well-situated. It is within walking distance of major attractions, including Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament, as well as Pimlico station. We'd like to thank Ed and Tom for their first class communication, helpfulness and kind, warm welcome. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Indeed, we'd love to return in the future.

Ed was great from the moment we booked the location. There was plenty of space for the 3 of us. We were within 5 minute walk of the underground rail as well as a coffee shop with food and drink. We felt very safe and enjoyed walking the area with its many restaurants and sites. Highly recommend.

Very convenient for buses to central London and to the theatres both day and evening. The flat was warm and bigger than we expected. We had everything we wanted. It was only 35 minutes walk to Trafalgar Square.

This was our first time in London and we loved the location of this property. We took the tube from Pimlico station several times. The apartment had a lot of light and was close to a few pubs and restaurants. Communication with the owner was wonderful.

Overall, we had a very nice stay at Ed's place and would book it again if we return to the area. The entire process, from booking to checkout, was easy and well-handled. Ed met us at the flat upon arrival and gave us a thorough, but succinct, tutorial. The bath and kitchen are well-stocked and clean. There is plenty of storage and cabinet/counter space. The combination washer/dryer was nice to have, but I had to Google a user's manual to figure out how to use it. I'm sure I did something wrong, but it took a VERY long time to finish a load of clothes. The flat is a 4 minute walk from the Pimlico tube station and Uber drivers had no problem finding us at the front door of the building. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance. Thanks for a great visit in London!

This condo is close to the metro. Caraline was a great hostess. The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on. The condo was neat, but could use updating. If someone has to sleep on the sofa bed and is used to a darkened room, it will be difficult to sleep-in. There are restaurants close by.

Apartment was as advertised. Close to Pimlico tube station and Victoria station and reasonable walking distance to major sights. Apartment was very clean and perfect for my two adult sons and I. Edward was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Ed has a great, clean and comfortable spot for us to spend a few days getting around London for the first time. Thanks for everything!

Edward and Caraline were very helpful. The flat was very central within minutes of the underground station.

Edmond’s property was in a great location for getting around grabbing an Uber or taxi. Close to most everything you would want to do. The place was very well equipped with everything one would need including a wash machine. The street was very walkable and quiet but close to local pubs and a famous breakfast cafe.

Ed and his sister provided such wonderful hospitality! After significant flight delays arriving, they were gracious in helping us check in and get started and celebrating our trip for the coronation ! They welcomed us with biscuits in a commemorative tin, fresh flowers and a lovely bottle of prosecco! They were a delight to work with and provided great information and assistance! The flat location is ideal and is an easy walk to the tube, Buckingham Palace, and Vauxhall train station! The kitchen is well equipped and everything is so comfortable... The bed had luxury bedding and the sofa was a wonderful place to relax after a day in London! I highly recommend this flat for anyone visiting London and I cannot speak highly enough of the care and hospitality that Ed and Caraline provided to us!

We loved our stay in this flat. We have stayed in many properties in Pimlico and this was the best one yet. Easy 5 minute walk to the tube and walking distance to St. James’s park and many of the best sites in London. We would stay here again.

The apartment was clean and comfortable; a great place to come back to at the end of the day after doing all the "touristy" stuff. It was also very convenient to the Pimlico tube station and corner stores for needed items. Ed was terrific in meeting us at the property on the day of our arrival to explain things. The only issues we would suggest improving would be to supply more bath towels and to have the dryer portion of the included washer/dryer combo fixed, since that was one of the draws in staying here. Otherwise no complaints.

We had everything we needed and felt comfortable the whole stay. Very nice contact with the owner and his family. Recommendation 10/10.

Ed was a wonderful host. His apartment was clean, comfortable and in a very nice location. It was conveniently located close to the tube, cute restaurants, shops and the Tate Museum. We felt comfortable walking and exploring the neighborhood. Ed’s Sister Caraline was there when we arrived and showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. They even had two cheerful vases of daffodils that greeted us each evening when we returned. We had a wonderful time in London. This is a lovely flat for an extended stay. Convenient access to shops and an underground station (Pimlico). Very helpful hosts.

The flat was very clean and comfortable and located in a secure building. Everything we needed was there, including dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and conveniently located to the Millbank pier for the Thames Clipper and the Pimlico station for the tube. We were able to walk most places, including dining, groceries, and sights, including Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, etc. The manager was excellent. He met us at the flat and showed us everything we needed, as well as giving us tips about places to eat and things to do. We travel quite a bit and use VRBO and similar to book places to stay, and this is honestly the best combination of flat, location, and manager we have ever had. I would give it 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend!
