The room was quite nice I'm so was the pet policy... Location perfect
The staff could be friendlier more customer service oriented..... That said I owe the woman working the late night desk apology...ok.... I reacted in a way I don't like to react when she didn't wake me up at 4:00 for my flight and almost missed it..... They can tighten up but I want to apologize for my reaction.... The World shouldn't be able to get to me like that 💥❤️

Nobody was rude it was all very easy which is rare
Only problem I had was it don’t have a pool and I reserved a smoking room and got a non smoking room

Beds were comfortable. Room was nice.
Water pressure in the shower was bad. Had a small TV that was hard to see.

We been here for almost a week same room they have not changed the beds we checked out and checked back in they gave us the same room and everything was the same as we left it they didn’t not clean the room
Cleaning and people are smoking everywhere weed so what is the point of be in a non smoking room
