The best part of my experience was your front staff (both Alfie and Dominic) . They are both huge assets to your hotel. They were always most willing to assist with any query I had. They were always most pleasant, most helpful and made my stay unforgettable.

I have already stayed in this hotel several times. Good location just few steps from two subway stations; quite a short journey to JFK and Manhattan. I am sure I will book the hotel again.

Hotel honored my request for a mattress incasement. The room met all of my expectations and needs.
The hotel is near a highway and not soundproof. Also, other travelers slamming doors all the way until 3:00am. Not the hotels fault.

Availability at short notice. Reasonable breakfast.
No food in evening when we arrived. Tap in bathroom leaked. Windows not soundproof and traffic and building work was extremely loud. Internet connection very poor. Lights on timers that kept switching off so had a shower in the dark. Overall appearance of room shabby and old could do with an overhaul.
