The hotel was near the airport. The hotel shuttle was very convenient. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The staff was exceptional. Everybody from the shuttle driver, the desk clerk, to the breakfast room attendant were courteous, kind and helpful.
I have no criticisms whatsoever, I had a good night’s sleep and a pleasant experience.

Close proximity to JFK airport
I was told there were curtesy phones to ring from when I reached Federal circle at the airport but there weren’t any. So had to ask someone to ring the Hotel for me.
The shuttle bus arrived in 8 to 10 minutes which was good.
