Location

1. Noise from the hallway can easily be heard. 2. It took a while for the housekeeping to come and clean the room and was not aware that we requested from the front desk that we need our room to be cleaned. 3. Shower and tub faucet were running water together once on. 4. Complimentary water was only a bottle when we booked for 2 persons.

Good place to stay if you’re on a quick trip. Really close to downtown and easy to get around.

The location. It was really close to where I needed to go.

It was very noisy. Lots of activity in the hallways (slamming doors, kids running around after 11pm. The restaurant was ok. Supper was good. The poutine was amazing, the chicken burger could have been a little bigger, the service was really good. But, breakfast was cold, small and over priced.

Comfortable and memorable

Central location , comfortable king-size bed, accommodating and attentive staff, room very clean and comfortable

The key to my room stopped working one hour before my checkout time , but the front-desk staff rectified the situation asap

Very noisy conference group on the 1st night. We asked to change rooms and got a room with a broken air conditioning which made terrible sounds all night. We ended up changing 3 rooms in 3 nights. Absolutely a horrible experience

will not stay again

the location was great and convenient to where we were going. beds were comfy, housekeeping staff were all super friendly and helpful

the pillows were crap, fridge door didn’t stay closed. ladies at the front were pissy and grouchy, coffee and creamer were out 2/3 mornings, they ran out of creamer.extra charges to visa and they lady at the front desk not helpful at all,pool area always out of towels

I really enjoyed my stay.

The lobby was nice. Room was clean and comfortable.

Rooms starting to age a little bit but nothing to deter from staying there again.

Having said that the place was a bit run down. That might explain the very low rate. Great value!

The public areas are a bit broken down and a bit dingy for a Sheraton Four Points establishment.

Great place, terrible staff.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable

Had an awful time checking in, I had booked three rooms for different family arriving at different time through the week. Deborah refused to allow me to insert my credit card and insisted that I swipe, however, when I called Mastercard they said I was required to insert. I shared that with Deborah and she refused to let me. The next day, I dealt with a gentleman and he allowed me to insert the credit card and it was easy. I would recommend that staff is educated on the same level for check in and check out procedures.

Comfortable and clean

The room and bathroom were clean and met expectations. It’s close to downtown Regina.

The noise from the train made it difficult to fall asleep after a long journey.

Pleasant

The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel appeared dingy - the walls were dirty and all scuffed up in the hallways - plus terrible lighting. There was only 1 USB port in the hotel room which was better than none - but it didn't work
