Die Ortsrandlage, Nähe zum Supermarkt, die Terrasse, das Hallenbad mit Gegenschwimmfunktion.
Unsere Wohnung (Nr. 2) lag direkt oberhalb des Heizungsraums des Hallenbades, sodass trotz ständigem und auch nächtlichem Durchzugslüften (bei 10-12 Grad) Außentemperatur eine Innentemperatur von 24-26 Grad herrschte. Die Nächte waren so leider nicht erholsam.
Man muss aus dem Koffer leben: Es gibt nur einen Garderobenschrank für Jacken in der Diele, aber keine Möglichkeit Kleidung unterzubringen: das Schlafzimmer ist so klein, dass man über die Koffer steigen muss, die zwangsläufig im Weg stehen.
Flecken auf Couch und Sessel. Geschirrspüler läuft zwar, reinigt Geschirr aber nicht, sodass alles zusätzlich von Hand gespült werden musste.
