Good location. Room was sufficiently spacious for a family of 5
The tub was slippery and my elderly father slipped on it. When I asked about a bathtub mat, I was told there wasn’t one.
The sink tap was too close to the basin.

Breakfast was acceptable. The free airport shuttle was extremely convenient. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

When we travel for work or recreation breakfast is important as it lowers overall expenditures/expenses. We tend to travel a fair amount and in all honesty your breakfast always has the best selection and more importantly to have higher protein options such as scrambled eggs, cheese omelette, sausage, and bacon is preferred (none of us tend to be on pancakes, muffins, bagels, etc but it is nice if wanted). Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location too. We also felt safe being in Thornhill too.
Wifi wasn't always the best but it wasn't the worse one in our travels either! Additional pillows and blankets would be great as our kids used the pull out sofa and cot but didn't have enough blankets (asked for and provided though) Also extra towels enough for 3 when I reserved for 4.

The hotel is well located and the rooms are spacious and bright. Warm reception service. I stayed here every time.

Excellent light breakfast buffet inc in price. Location a bit out of the way so you need a car or taxis however there’s a free airport shuttle who picked us up at 4am! Great service.
Maybe a town shuttle would be good? Otherwise it was excellent.

It was an adequate breakfast nothing special but good and enough.
Maybe a privacy screen that can pull around desk when work at night not to bother family with light.

Very comfortable, spacious and clean. The dip in their pool was a much appreciated bonus. Breakfast was satisfactory but the egg Mac muffins option types wrapped in paper seemed a bit strange. Otherwise enjoyable.

it’s far enough out of town that I don’t worry about my car.. and yet, I still worry about my car? lol. I wish it had a fenced in parking area but very thankfully I’ve never had a mishap & have stayed here like 5-6 times now 😅 it’s my families go to hotel in terrace 😃

drunks in the hallways yelling and banging on doors. right up till the manager or night manager finally did something around five am. won’t be staying there again

AC too loud, had to unplug to turn off. window glass too thin, the noise from the highway was excessive.

Breakfast was extensive, especially as far as continental goes. Generous sized parking lot. Easy access off highway. Pool was a hit with kids.
Don't expect them to know if the b-fast sausage is Gluten Free. Front Desk staff wasn't willing to find out either.
Room only had shower which with 2 small kids isn't ideal but pool kinda makes up for it.
