The best sleep i have ever had at a motel. N so quite couldn't hear anything from outside. Did once in awhile hear ppl walking upstairs but not bad at all.
Was never told about the breakfast when checking in. I thought maybe I remembered wrong. Or it was closed for some reason. But I dont know if they did have it. So we didn't get to have it.

The location was vey close to the marina, and was a very quiet area. It was very comfortable, clean and affordable. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were very spacious, and the staff were very friendly. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds, and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well as we were visiting in August.
There really wasn't anything about the property that I didn't like.

Very close and convenient to Cold lake waterside and we loved eating at the PourHouse Bar and Grill across the road. Very basic, neat and tidy with breaky room open in the morning. Simple and uncomplicated at reasonable cost.
Could hear road workers walking around upstairs getting ready to go to work very early.
