It would have been nice if more niceties were provided (wider variety of seasonings/spices/flour) were included in the kitchen, and even ice trays for the freezer. At some places, beach things like Tommy Bahama lounge chairs, and even boogie boards are furnished, but not here.

The property was clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking for people staying at the villas.

Location was good. The facility was across the street from a very cute beach.
The condo needs a deep clean. There was a fishy odor from the laundry and fridge. The TVs did not work however someone did come the next day to fix the connection. The next day they did not work again. Since we were leaving that day we did not call again.

Price, room size.
Dated, bathroom didn’t look clean, sliding closet door tracks rusted and old. Ceiling fans and ceiling fan lights would randomly come on and off.
