I liked the room and the view.

The AC and the heater were not working properly. Noisy neighbors late at night during my last night. I called reception, out ringed for about 15 minutes but no one answered. The dimensions and position of the table did not make it possible to work on it. The table was too high. Not practical.

Great Location, Beautiful Modern Hotel

Staying at the Ramada was an interesting experience, much like eating a slice of cake that looks absolutely beautiful and wonderful on the outside but lacks flavor, texture, and ultimately, the satisfaction you would expect. I sincerely hope the management and corporate office take this review seriously. I am sharing this feedback both as a customer and as a manager myself, given my professional experience. Ramada has everything a hotel needs to offer a great experience: an excellent location, an immaculate building, a spacious and modern room, new furniture, a comfortable bed, a wonderful view, and cleanliness that is well above average. Even the lobby had a lovely scent. My first impression was, “Wow, I finally got it right!” Unfortunately, then came the service. 😓 The service was among the worst I have ever experienced in the United States. Let’s start with breakfast. There was practically nothing edible. It is embarrassing for a hotel in this category to serve such a terrible breakfast. They did not even have the infamous powdered eggs and sausages that you typically find at budget hotel breakfasts. Honestly, there were several staff members serving some of the lowest-quality bread, pancakes, and bagels you could find at a grocery store. To make matters worse, the breakfast area was freezing because the air conditioning was set so low that children, adults, and even hotel employees were visibly shivering from the cold. Regarding the room’s functionality, several things fell far below expectations. The air conditioning unit was so noisy that I eventually preferred to turn it off. I even asked for earplugs, something I would expect a hotel to provide for guests in this situation, but of course, none were available. On Wednesday, October 21, we returned from the theme park exhausted at around 10 p.m., only to discover that there was no hot water. The water was lukewarm to cold, making it extremely uncomfortable to shower.
