Location was great attended a concert at the band shell had stayed here before was able to just walk the few feet there the pools indoor and outdoor water slide lazy river and hot tub were very nice and well kept security had a regular presence the staff was very helpful and everyone acknowledged you the condo was very well stocked nice bedding matress and pillows we really enjoyed the ensuite jacuzzi tub the water gets very hot which we liked very relaxing
I could have done without the sales pitch for a condo, especially the fact that when you get your wristband to enter the pool area in beach area, they make you speak with the sales person

Fully furnished Ocean Front Condo with many Pools, Hot Tubs & activities for the Family. Great customer service with Concierge providing any requests for Towels, room supplies, and answers to questions.
The prices for vending machines were completely ridiculous, as well as the prices at the Shoppes of Ocean Walk. Out of desperation I paid $5.15 for a Gallon of Nestle’ Purified water at the convenience store on site.
I have no problem with service animals for disabled people, but I was appalled to see a full sized service dog laying on a chaise lounge by its owner at the pool, not once but many times, at all the poolside locations including the kids splash pad. Adults and children lay on those chairs and I felt it was unreasonable for the owner to do it security & management to allow it.

The plumbing didn’t work real well , the toilet didn’t flush and the shower had hardly any pressure . The ice machine was broken and we were told they would send up a complimentary bag of ice but they never did. The pools were kinda dirty too . For the price they charge these things should be top notch .
