The location was convenient for our purposes. Although a busy street our room was mostly quiet.
Karen at the front desk was lovely
Our iron was in poor condition and stopped working. This was stressful as we were preparing for a funeral. Staff responded quickly with a replacement.

We had a comfortable stay at BestWestern, the breakfast was very good. The rooms are a bit compact, but they served our purposes well for the night. Our only recommendation would be to improve the ventilation in the hallways, as they currently lack fresh air.

Nice breakfast and breakfast area. The hotel has been nicely refurbished and is clean.
The room was small, much smaller than expected. The bath was very small, the walk in shower was tiny. I would not have chosen this hotel if I had known how small the room was. Even the elevator was small. Unfortunately, the listing at Booking.com ldid not give the size of the room, so I did not know how small it was until I arrived. If I had known, I would have chosen another hotel.
