Affordable. Close to town. A good halfway point on my way to Downeast Maine.

Clean and basic accommodations right off the interstate and a very short drive to downtown Freeport. Easy parking, friendly staff, and basic breakfast. Completely lacking in charm, it’s a nonetheless a decent place to sleep.
Expensive for what you get, but that owns much more to the rapid and sharp inflation we are all suffering in now. It seems not long ago a place like this should’ve been less than $100 per night, but when put in perspective with how expensive everything has become, this place remains a decent value.

*Half the tile in the shower missing rm 112
*I had to get a screwdriver to tighten the toilet seat rm 108 &112
* Pillows rm 112 appeared previously slept on, not fresh
*The floor was dirty, after I exited shower I had to go back to the sink to was my feet as they were very dirty walking from the shower to the bed rm108
*Building exteriors looked like the hotel is well past it's date for a wash down and repaint
