The location is good
It is clean and the staff is pleasant and willing to help
The check in is too late (4:00 pm) and the check out is too early (11:00 am)
The tvs did not work in any of the rooms. The hotel is pricey for what it offers.
It would be an asset for the hotel to have a swimming pool and for the guests to have access to the spa without having to pay extra

The room was nice and the view to the lake
Room of 4 but everything came in pairs , no bedside table on side of the bed... bo service in the hotel, staff gives you the data but nothing else.
