The rooms are spacious, especially for NYC!, clean, comfortable, and have everything you could need. Quality coffee machines, nice hair dryers, full body towels, filtered water, cozy robes, even an umbrella.
The refrigerators are full of products that you need to purchase, but there is no room for beverages you may bring with you. We also had a hard time finding the ice machines as they were only on a couple of floors.

Staff were good.
That they only give you 40USD for breakfast after spending so much money when including it onto the booking. It is actually cheaper to not include it and just go and pay when there. The rooftop bar is very small.

The property was beautiful and the rooms were decent size for NYC
They lost our luggage twice ! Once when we checked in and again at checkout. My luggage had medical supplies for my son so it was stressful till they found it. No apology either
