Loved the location of the property, in walking distance to Icon park and right down the road from the park we were visiting. Mostly quiet surroundings when we were in our room. Check in and out was smooth. Room and bathroom were clean when we arrived. Room stayed nice and cool the entire time.
It was a decently nice facility but you could tell it was a quick reno. We had a room with the accessibility shower and there was no real lip to the shower so the bathroom floors ended up soaked anytime we took a shower. Did wish there was a bit more of “counter” space to put things, they had a little shelf but..it was little. Did have one issue with our room card but was easily resolved at the front desk.

I’d say it’s one of the best places to stay in Orlando. My wife and I love visiting Orlando to explore, especially at night, and this hotel is so centrally located that we didn’t even have to drive to get to restaurants or take a walk along that beautiful street with the "flying star." We really had a great time, and Old Town is nearby, too. I love it—we can't wait to go back.

breakfast was good, clean and organized, like the yogurt.
The room didn't feel clean and water from the shower got on the bathroom floor, bathroom door was dirty at the bottom. Toilet had to be wipe down, because it didn't look safe to seat on, and toilet was really low.
One of the pillows had a stain.
The outside look sketchy, guy was in his pickup truck sleeping and drying his Jeans in the trunk bed, women outside smoking, another person walking around look like security for the cars but had no uniform.
