Despite some room renovation this hotel remains unsatisfactory.

Front desk staff were pleasant.

Several years ago the motel, although dated, had an excellent breakfast. It appears that having closed their pool and discontinued breakfast during Covid restrictions, they have no intention to bring back either. We will not stay here again.

Booking.com is a crooked company.

Absolutely nothing. I still want my money back. I did not stay and you know it. That place wasn't even suppose to be renting rooms. It is a homless shelter. Also you took my money in march. Hotel says they never got any from you. So I guess it is booking.com just stealing customers money. I have 1500 friends on Facebook and I am telling them to never use you and telling them to share it to their friends. I use you folks all the time, but I assure you, never again. You are dishonest people.

We didn't stay - reservation was cancelled by the motel

When we arrived we were told that our reservation had been cancelled. We were told that e-mail was sent, however we didn't get it before leaving for VT. and cell service was sketchy at best.

too expensive

The room was comfortable.

The lobby is not at pictured, the hallways smell of cigarette smoke, the door in the bathroom hits the bathtub and doesn't fully open. The breakfast was in a box to go. The exterior doors did not close completely.

I had to leave because of the odor in my room.

The woman at the front desk is pleasant.

My room smelled like cat urine and there were suspect people loitering outside.

Not up to par!!!!

Nothing. Seemed very low budget. Not Wirth the price.

Everything... room was wrong. Smelled dirty. Heard Everything in surrounding rooms.

I will not be coming back to this location, not worth the money in my opinion!

Great location with many restaurants and shops close by. Close to the ski mountains as well! The room was a good size and beds were comfortable.

There were a lot of loud people outside and in the hallways. Hallway carpet wasn’t clean and had cigarette butts on the ground near the back door. Front desk was helpful but not very polite.

Poor quality, not stay there any more

Breakfast wasn't continental, it was a box of items, no coffee and tea packets were water soaked, TV reception and wifi was terrible

I've stayed here 4-5 times and the last two had homeless people wandering in hallways.

Room size was nice.

Homeless people in the hallways, thought I was going to get mugged. Dirty carpet, I wiped down the entire room and was shocked at how dirty it was. Harsh smell of marijuana in hallways set the tone.

The staff was nice and the pool was great for the kids.

The whole building (hallways and room) smelled like cigarette and marijuana smoke.

Staff with sign that they had stepped away almost occurred a lot Room not at all like pictures location felt unsafe Room with pieces together- three door knobs, bathroom door with two knobs, one couch not the two in photos. No table. No Fridge

Bathroom looked like it had just been renovated, it was very clean and nice.

Not clean room, dirty tables, no remote control for tv. Absolutely no hangers for your clothes, I asked staff for it and newer got it. Dirty hallways, side doors doesn’t work for your key, you should go all around to get to your room with the all heavy stuff that you have. They always out of coffee or hot water, nobody refills it and if you ask for it the staff will be very upset about it. Coffee maker doesn’t work in the room. Not safe at all, ppl smoking inside the rooms and it’s smells everywhere. It’s seems that is homeless ppl leaving there

Should be a bit cheaper, but not as bad as the reviews make it seem

The room was actually pretty big, and comfy. I clearly visited after most of the renovations had been completed, so it was decent enough, pool was open, but a little on the cold side. No hot tub :/ It's pretty prime location in Rutland, lots around, about 30 mins to Killington and 20 to Pico. Nice trails nearby too.

Breakfast boxes were a joke. Coffee was always empty. Staff were less useful than ideal to put it nicely. WiFi was pretty bad, but usually got the job done. My room was the only one that required a physical key, which was odd. Another oddity; the furnace in my room had a gap with the wall where cold air from outside would leak in. So it had to run constantly, and the room was always too hot and dry or too cold and drafty. Overall it was good enough for 2 nights, but not as cheap as I thought I booked it for. Should be ~$80 max.

Very understaffed nobody was ever at the front desk the manager insisted that I give her proof that I had a service dog and she insisted that there was some sort of paper I must show her through the American disability act that was created many many years ago there is no such paper that I need to display and she’s only allowed to ask two questions in reference to my service animal she is not required to ask by state law or buy any hotel law that I must prove to her that it’s a service dog or she was going to charge me $25 extra she was very rude about it

Staff lovely , hotel old and dingy. Did not take photos.

Staff were friendly and accommodating permitting an early checkout as we had to alter our travel plans.

Hotel is old and worn, needs to be updated.
